Shipping policy
We hope you like your Mint delivery - that's why we've made shipping as easy as possible! All our shipments are kept insured and registered - you will receive a confirmation of your tracking number as soon as your order is packed. If you have any questions about shipping, please feel to contact us.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during business hours. This excludes weekend days and holidays.
Import duties, taxes or other costs associated with importing the purchased item are not our responsibility. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
We track every order. We will send you your order tracking number so you can see from the time your Mint item is shipped to the time you have it in your hands!
If you are having trouble with your tracking information, please email us at mintluxuryvintage@hotmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER
When you place an order on mintluxuryvintage.com, we will send you a confirmation email.
We then process the order within about a day and hand it over to our designated carriers. You will then receive a tracking number so you can see where your product is at any time.
MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG
If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked and packed. Please email us as soon as possible at mintluxuryvintage@hotmail.com and we can change the shipment address for you.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, there will be an additional waiting period.
