Refund policy
At Mint, we strive to offer the finest items that may be a beautiful addition to your collection, and so we understand the importance of your complete satisfaction with your latest Mint item. However, returns have a significant impact on our planet. Therefore, we would kindly ask you to carefully consider all details, including product descriptions and images, before impulsively purchasing. That way, together we can reduce the need for returns. Thank you for your cooperation and support in minimizing our ecological footprint. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy below:
- To request a return, please send an email to mintluxuryvintage@hotmail.com. To process this request, you will need your email address and order number.
- Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for returns.
- If you are returning items to us, we recommend tracking and insuring your return as we are not liable for packages lost in the postal service.
- Please note that we only offer refunds; if the items have not been used or damaged, the return tag attached to the product and the refund request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- We have a 14-day refund policy; from the day you receive the item, you have 14 days to request a return.
- If you received a different item than the one you ordered, our apologies*! We'll make sure you get the correct product - just send an email to mintluxuryvintage@hotmail.com with the order details and we'll take care of the rest!
*We check our items carefully before shipping. - Is a product different than described or didn't arrive properly? You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Reports that reach us later cannot be processed by us.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that are not returned according to the above guidelines.
- If you have requested a refund for an order that includes a discount, you will be refunded the amount paid.
- Refunds will be made to the account used on the original order.
It may take 5 to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
For additional information, please email mintluxuryvintage@hotmail.com. We recommend using an authorized post office or courier service to return the item to us. Remember to ask the post office for your proof of shipment and keep it for your reference. You will have to return the unwanted items at your own expense. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that we cannot accept postal returns for items purchased in-store.
